According to CNN they can’t cope with the volume of comments…yeah right…This is CNN right…it’s not like they don’t have the resources to “cope” with it..
I guess when the Sri Lankans started voting in large numbers they had to close it down. There was a huge email campaign and a Facebook campaign to vote NO..
