After the LTTE terrorist supporters succeeded in getting the “Ban LTTE Groups on Facebook” group banned after 3 years the admins decided to start a new group.
The group which was banned had over 16000 members and was the largest political discussion group with 629 discussion topics and 14500+ wall posts
And the message was simple. New Group — Same number of members. (20000 is the target infact).. and the response so far has being overwhelming (For Sri Lanka that is)
It has beng just over 20 hours and the membership now stands at 1055 (To put things in to prespective, it took three years to get 16000 members..)…
If u havnt invited your entire friendlist so far it’s time to do so
