Today I came across this blog post about the $15 Million Dollar Bra by Victoria’s Secret. Pretty Cool!! They also have Solar bra, Animals lovers bra, The eco bra etc.
I remember coming across a Facebook group saying something like “Did you know that Victoria’s secret underwear is made in Sri Lanka”. And it got me thinking a couple of things.
Was tht Bra made in Sri Lanka? I guess not.
What about the LTTE Suicide Bra ? Wouldn’t it be a “hot” addition to Victoria’s Secret?

Antagonism against accelerating AI and support for Friendly AI are entirely compatible and should not be pitted against each other. The more we are antagonistic to accelerating AI the more time we have to develop Friendly AI. Since developing Friendly AI is probably harder than developing selfish AI then we need all the time we can get. If focusing on Friendly AI causes us to relatively neglect delaying unfriendly AI then we’ll be running out the clock and not using any of our time outs. Some may think that it is impossible to slow the development of accelerating AI. I think that there’s is much that can be done especially an off-the grid attempt to scare everyone with the reality of an AI that is just beginning to accelerate into general intelligence. As far as I know, no one is doing this. Rather they continue to publish papers broadly on how to achieve AI which helps someone then achieve super AI.
I am traveling to the Bahamas on Discovery Cruiselines. I was told by the cruiseline I only need a birth certificate for my toddler to travel. Yet my family is freaking out that I need to get her a Passport…is that true?

The way he says something is just as important as what he says. “that Xbox” sounds like he’s trying to indicate electronic gaming in general, rather than single out a sole console. .He could just have easily said Playstation and was probably using a name of a console to relate to the audience he was trying to reach. Would’ve been a slightly strained speech if he’d have said .“don’t spend every waking hour in front of your Xbox’s, Playstation’s; Wii’s, DS’s; PSP’s and PC’s”

Wikipedia has a problem in which everything the moderators/researchers whatever the hell they call themselves get their cross reference info by simply Google-ing it. There is no real world research. That’s right, there was a thing in the archaic world before the world wide wtf called books, newspapers and magazines and in these books, newspapers and magazines were pages, not web pages but paper pages, with info on them and you had to actually read and do real cross referencing for information. In the words of the classic televison show The Prisoner, “We want information.” Sadly, wikipedia is no longer the future of encyclopedia style info but is a place for useless shit edited by people with grudges or approved by others who feel they are superior due to their “job” at Wikipedia. The only good thing about my new dislike over wikipedia’s brush off of anyone disagreeing with them is that I’ve rediscovered Encyclodia Britannica and old fashioned at the library cross referencing info. Suck it Wikipedia because you bastards suck ass. .PS: yeah, my web space page is a myspace page. I’ve got no shame and no tastes!
Like many others here, I had a metal Peanut’s lunchbox. My Mom was from England and always put butter on our sandwiches…lukewarm bologna with butter and mustard gaaaa. Sometimes I would get the sardines or salmon on toast as someone mentioned. I thought that was a normal thing to eat! I went to Catholic gradeschool no yummy hot lunches for us. I was so envious of the kids who got to go to the dairy luncheonette and eat burgers and fries!
